Matthew first praticed in Orbost where he spent over three years treating a wide range of clients such as bush workers, forest protesters, farmers, office workers, sports people, elderly, students, pregnant women, children and infants just to mention a few.
Matthew also treated and supported the local football players from Orbost Snowy Rovers football club. He helped with medical advice, management of their injuries and treatments to ensure a fast and full recovery.
He has also done further study in cranial osteopathy and paediatrics. Cranial Osteopathy opens up a new dimension in what osteopathy can help with such as colic, middle ear infections, irritable infants, sinusitis, personality changes after head trauma and epilepsy.
Matthew believes that osteopathy offers a holistic approach that finds and treats the cause of the problem and just doesn’t treat the symptoms. His approach is to use appropriate methods and techniques to enables the body’s full potential in healing and restoring itself.
Matthew took on Osteopathic Health Care from Joanna Strybosch in April 2008. He is enjoying the challenges of running a business and hopes to give the public a caring and professional service.
Outside work Matthew enjoys spending time with his family, motorbike riding and playing weekend sport. |
